FACILITIES

Limco Airepair, Inc. operates 2 facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma totaling 80,000 sq. ft. which supports both our OEM manufacturing and After Market Repair operation, with approximately 170 employees including administration, engineering, and support.

Our facilities include:

• Engineering Department - a team of highly skilled and innovative engineers supported by state-of-the-art design and analytic tools including an in-house developed unique and powerful proprietary software for thermal optimization.
• Manufacturing Department - a large precision sheet metal shop, welding, vacuum braze furnaces (one for aluminum and one for nickel, inconnel and stainless steel), and complete finishing plant.
• Quality Control Department, - state-of-the-art precision inspection equipment and electronic checking devices which are calibrated in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. Every manufactured part is subjected to rigid quality inspection and tests. Our Quality Control System conforms to all requirements of ISO 9001 (1994), D1-9000, AS 9100 and FAR 21.303.
• Acceptance test equipment.
• Two fully certified FAA repair stations.

Our Engineering, Designing, and Laboratory services are available for R & D sub-contracting.
