FACILITIES

Limco Airepair, Inc. operates 2 facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma totaling 80,000 sq. ft. which supports both our OEM and MRO operation, with approximately 150 employees including administration, engineering, and support.

Our facilities include:

• Engineering Department - a team of highly skilled and innovative engineers supported by state-of-the-art design and analytic tools including an in-house developed unique and powerful proprietary software for thermal optimization.
• Manufacturing Department - a large precision sheet metal shop, welding, vacuum braze furnaces (two for aluminum and one for nickel, inconnel and stainless steel), stretch presses, and complete finishing plant.
• Quality Control Department, - state-of-the-art precision inspection equipment and electronic checking devices which are calibrated in accordance with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. Every manufactured part is subjected to rigid quality inspection and tests. Our Quality Control System conforms to all requirements of ISO 9001 (1994), AS 9100 and FAR 21.303.
• Acceptance test equipment.
