Engineering

Our engineering goal is to support our customers with innovative and cost effective repair procedures. We set ourselves apart from most other repair stations by offering remanufacture services. Our core matrices are reverse engineered from an OEM core allowing us to maintain original performance requirements. All of our remanufacturing designs are backed by the FAA with Supplemental Type Certificates (STC). In addition, we have obtained Parts Manufacture Approval (PMA) for many of our designs.

Our greatest asset is a highly skilled, inventive, and multi-disciplinary team of engineers that supports all processes from Thermal and Structural analysis through all production stages. They can provide you with the most efficient thermal and mechanical design solutions in a large variety of construction materials for even the most challenging cooling problems.

Leveraging our experience gained over 30 years, we have developed in-house unique and powerful proprietary software for thermal optimization and tested it on the toughest design challenges. Of course, we also use industry standards such as CAD, CAM and UGS Unigraphics.

The Engineering Dept. is concerned with R&D of Heat Exchangers and Cold Plates, and the associated Sheet Metal Work. This includes the following subjects:

• Analytical R&D
• Mechanical and Metallurgical R&D
• Manufacturing Design
• Adaptive Engineering

Our Engineering department enables our After Market operation to serve our clients with high end top quality services such as overhaul and repair while still offering clean and test services. In addition, supported by our OEM engineering department and manufacturing facility we are able to offer our prominent remanufacturingprocess, in which we disassembling the units and replacing the failed core matrix with a new core. This process enable us to support our customer with a 'zero time' unit for less than 50% of the cost of a new unit, and with delivery times averaging 14 days after receipt of an old unit.

After Market Repair

Our repair stations are certified on five continents and have Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) and PMA's for most of the aircraft in the world. We currently service over 65 Airlines and Military Organizations Worldwide. Our Heat Transfer Repair Division is FAA certified under certificate CZ2R760K and our Pneumatic Ducting operation is FAA certified under certificate OEOR243L.
